Tournament Rules

1. Registration & check-in

Registration closes at the time shown on the tournament page. Check-in opens before the start time; players who fail to check in forfeit their slot. Match lobby details (room ID and password) are revealed at check-in.

2. Schedules

All times are shown in your local time; the reference timezone is West Africa Time (WAT). Be in your lobby at match time. Grace period: [GRACE PERIOD, e.g. 10 minutes].

3. Results

The winner (or both parties where required) submits the result with a screenshot showing the final score. Results enter verification: OCR extraction plus admin review. A result is final once marked verified. Submitting a false result is a Fair Play violation.

4. Disputes

Open a dispute from the match page within [DISPUTE WINDOW, e.g. 15 minutes] of the reported result. Provide evidence. Admins decide based on the evidence; decisions are final for that match but sanctions may be appealed under the Fair Play Policy.

5. No-shows & forfeits

A no-show after the grace period is a forfeit loss. Repeated no-shows may lead to suspension from future events.

6. Prizes

Prize pools shown on tournament pages are paid per that event's terms. Cash prizes require identity verification (KYC) before payout and are paid to the verified account holder only.
