Refund Policy

1. Tournament entry fees

Full refund if a tournament is cancelled by the organizer or the platform. Full refund if you withdraw before registration closes. After check-in opens, entry fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

2. Failed or disrupted matches

If a match cannot be completed due to a platform outage, affected players receive a refund or re-entry credit at their choice.

3. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period. Partial-period refunds are handled per applicable consumer law.

4. How to request

Statutory rights (including under Zambian consumer law and UK/EU consumer regulations) are unaffected by this policy.
