Terms of Service

1. The service

Mobile Esports HQ ("the platform", operated by Esports Mobile Limited, PACRA [PACRA REG. NUMBER]) provides esports tournament infrastructure: competitions, rankings, result verification, player and team profiles, and organizer tools.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information. One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account. Players under 18 require guardian consent; minors may not enter cash-entry competitions.

3. Competitions

Each tournament has its own rules, which form part of these terms. Results become part of your permanent public match record once verified. Entry fees, where offered and where lawful, are shown clearly before payment. Paid-entry tournaments may be unavailable in some regions.

4. Acceptable use

No cheating, smurfing, match-fixing, harassment, or abuse of platform systems. Violations are handled under the Fair Play Policy.

5. Liability

The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
